EMANCIPATION & PANAFEST 2002-2003 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
*To guarantee a group booking, a 10% deposit is required 90 days
prior to arrival.
*40% 40 days before the arrival of the group.
*Balance of 10% 14 days before the arrival of the group.
*Rooming list to be provided 7 days prior to arrival date.
*If a Tour Operator is responsible for payment or part payments
of Accounts, i.e. Accommodation, payment must be made for the full-agreed
amount prior to arrival of the group.
*To guarantee an Individual booking, a Cash deposit, Credit must
be made. Only 30% payment can be accepted by credit card.
CHILDREN AND 3RD ADULTS SHARING
*Children under the age of 12 staying in their parent's room stay
free, however, Breakfast is U.S.$460 per sharing child.
*Children over the age of 12 staying in their parent's room or the
3rd adult sharing stay at a charge of
US $760 Bed and Breakfast.
*Bedrooms can only accommodate to a maximum of one extra bed or
one cot.
GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
Room cancellation will be subject to the following policy:-
ENTIRE RESERVATION
Number of Days Prior to Arrival
*45 Days or more No charge will be incurred
*30-44 Days A 25% charge of the total accommodation value will be
charged.
*15-29 Days A 50% charge of the total accommodation value will be
charged.
*15-29 Days A 100% charge of the total accommodation value will
be charged.
COMPLEMENTARIES
*The Hotel will provide one complimentary room for every 15 paying
rooms, i.e. the 16th room will be complimentary. "Complimentary"
being Accommodation and Breakfast only.
*Subject to availability, Tour Group leaders will be upgraded to
the next class of room booked.
*Subject to availability, a complimentary Function room can be arranged
for a welcome group orientation.
*All Groups and Individuals receive a complimentary Welcome Drink.
